Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Participant

  • Contestant’s cancellations received within 7 days of payment may be eligible to receive a full refund. Please request us to cancel through email or mobile
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be not be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the Klickideas.
  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or debit/credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all Klickideas users unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

Contest Cancellation

  • The Klickideas reserves the right to cancel a contest due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
  • If Klickideas cancels an contest, registrants will be offered a full refund.
  • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of contest, contestants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer payment to the same contest at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation By Participant

  • Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 7 business days before the contest.
  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund full amount.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
